Do You Dare to Dream? (Song Composition)

Image
Soaring, flying... There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach, C'mon, try it, Soaring, breaking free. Somewhere by the sea, Where the moon and water meet, Somewhere close to harmony When the world is sound asleep We'll bring a change Journey's we're meant to take. Do you dare to dream? -- X2 CHORUS: Do you dare to dream? -- X4 Don't you be afraid, Everything will change. You and I, And stars above. Jumping off the edge, They say dreamers never die. Do you dare to dream? -- X2 Repeat CHORUS We're rising We're falling We'll make it through Climbing and Soaring Above thousand views. 'Cause we're soaring, flying... There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach, C'mon, try it, Soaring, breaking free. I wrote this song composition originally for a stage performance in OCT-2018. And it makes for a motivating read as well :)

I’m here too

Image
With so much hatred and violence all around these days, how do you think are we nurturing the blooms which are still learning to blossom? Just imagine - 3rd world war. No doubt, it would be a nuclear one. What would happen after that? ‘Total destruction’ - you would say, isn’t it? Never mind, mother nature would still nurture us all, even after the dark and heinous ways that humans choose sometimes. Some form of life will still find ways to exist, in minority though, yelling to be heard, yearning to be seen and having its beauty admired. Could you hear them say, “I’m here too”? No. Then go on to read the poetry that’s heart wrenching and eye-opening. At the end of the world, Protected in a pearl, A new life rises from below, A guiding star light says “Hello”. Making its presence felt,  Miracle it’s a magic spell.       ...

Image

Liquid Nitrogen Ice-cream

Image
Death by Chocolate Using liquid nitrogen to make ice cream is nothing new. In pop culture, molecular gastronomy is the merging of scientific tools and techniques with culinary arts – using tools such as centrifuges, liquid nitrogen, microscopes, or lasers in the preparation of food items. So, it only makes sense that making ice cream amidst clouds of smoke and a big container of liquid nitrogen is the “in” thing to do among ice cream aficionados. Recently, I gave my taste buds the experience of relishing on liquid nitrogen ice-cream. It tasted much fresh than the normal ice-creams that we eat. The ice-cream texture was creamier than usual and there were fewer or no ice crystals. Initially, one might be a bit apprehensive hearing that 'liquid nitrogen' would be a part of the desert. But hey, lets dig deeper into the science concerning the preparation. At normal pressure, liquid nitrogen boils at -196.4ºC. When poured into the ice cream base the l...
